In order to use the sup format subtitle files properly, it's necessary to copy the file to internal storage of your headset. This ensures that 4XVR accurately recognizes and loads the required subtitle files for a better viewing experience. If you are using other subtitle files such as srt, ass, vtt, you don't have to copy to internal storage.
