Why does it turn to trial version after purchase

Thank you for purchasing 4XVR. If you find that your purchase still shows as a trial version, please ensure that your headset is connected to Wi-Fi. Then, click on "Upgrade Permium" > "Buy Now" to force sync data with the platform's cloud and restore your purchase status.

Note: If your headset remains disconnected from Wi-Fi for an extended period, you may find yourself in the trial version due to a Meta sync issue. You can also restore your purchase status by following the steps above.
