How to Restore your purchase

If your purchase remains in trial version status due to long-term disconnection from the internet or logging into a new headset, due to Meta sync issue, follow these steps to restore:   

1. Ensure your headset is connected to Wi-Fi.   

2. Go to Upgrade Premium > Sync Purchase Status to force a data synchronization with the platform's cloud servers.   

This will restore your purchase status and unlock full access.
