1.Please check if your PC/Mac and VR headset are connected to the same WIFI network.

2.Please check if the firewall on your PC/Mac is enabled. You can try temporarily disabling it.

3.You may need to temporarily close the PC/Mac security software or antivirus programs, or add 4XVR to the whitelist to ensure smooth transmission.
