Blu-ray 3D can only be recognized as 2D can not play 3D

First of all, please make sure that your Blu-ray file contains ssif files, as only ISO files that containing ssif files or ssif.smap files can play 3D content properly. You can use tools such as WinRAR to extract the Blu-ray file.

Additionally, it is recommended that you use DVDFab or AnyDVD to convert it to an ISO file for playback.

Finally, during the packaging process, the ISO file may contain multiple video files. Therefore, when playing the video, you may need to switch video files to access the 3D video content you desire for your viewing experience.
